Disclaimer and Liability Waiver

Mobile Car Wash & Interior Cleaning Liability Waiver

I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions related to the mobile car wash and interior cleaning services provided by Capps Custom Detail:

1. Assumption of Risk  

I understand that while all reasonable care will be taken during the cleaning process, there are inherent risks associated with cleaning vehicles, including but not limited to minor scratches, water spots, or damage to pre-existing conditions.

2. Release of Liability  

I release and hold harmless Capps Custom Detailing, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to the services provided, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

3. Pre-existing Conditions  

I confirm that any existing damage or wear to the vehicle has been disclosed prior to service. Capps Custom Detailing is not responsible for damage resulting from undisclosed conditions.

4. Personal Belongings  

I acknowledge that I have removed or secured all personal belongings from the vehicle. Capps Custom Detailing  is not liable for loss or damage to items left inside the vehicle.

5. Payment & Satisfaction  

I agree to pay for services rendered upon completion. If I am dissatisfied with the service, I will notify Capps Custom Detailing within 24 hours to discuss resolution options.

6. Verbal Consent for Media Use

I understand that Capps Custom Detailing may request to photograph or share images of the detailing work performed. I reserve the right to provide verbal consent at my discretion, and will communicate clearly what may be shared and when. No images or content will be posted without my expressed verbal approval.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting or accepting services from Capps Custom Detailing, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this waiver. My acceptance of service constitutes full agreement to these terms.
